  1. Return Time limit:

In order to provide better after-sales service, Jingongssen LLC accepts return applications within 14 working days from the date you receive the goods.

Please ensure that the returned items are unused, undamaged and have their original packaging intact.

Please package your returned items properly and use tracking service to ensure safe delivery of the package to the designated address.

 

*Returnable conditions:

We accept return requests under the following circumstances:

  1. The product has quality problems or does not match the description provided on the website;
  2. The size of the product received is not suitable;
  3. Not satisfied with the product (applicable to non-customized products and special promotion products).

 

  1. Refund Amount:

Once we confirm and accept your return request and inspect the returned merchandise upon receipt, we will issue a refund based on your payment method.

The refund amount usually includes the amount you paid for the item when you purchased it, but does not include original shipping costs and possible return shipping costs (subject to return shipping liability provisions, see next item for details).

 

  1. Return Shipping Fee:

If you return the item due to quality issues or not as described, we will bear the return shipping costs.

Return shipping charges for incorrectly sized or unsatisfactory returns are generally at your expense.

Step 3: Package the returned items properly and use tracking service to return the package to the designated return address.
